Additional Information:
If heating is required during the summer period, winter (with heating) rates automatically apply.
Discounts for longer stays:
- Stays of 3+ nights: 5% discount
- Weekly stays: 10% discount (applies only to individuals aged 12 and above).
YEAR-ROUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Parents applying for a discounted accommodation rate for children aged 2 to 10 must specify the child's age in the booking form.
The accommodation price does not include the recreational fee charged by the local municipality (OÚ Makov) – see the price list above. This fee applies to all guests, regardless of age.
Accommodation with a dog is only possible with the caretaker's approval and must be arranged when booking accommodation. The fee for a dog is listed in the price list above.
The dog owner is responsible for ensuring that the dog does not disturb other guests or damage the chalet's equipment.
In case of disturbance or damage, the dog owner must immediately pay for the damage and leave the accommodation premises without delay.
The dog owner commits to cleaning up after their dog around the chalet.

Upon reservation, you will receive a booking form, and based on its confirmation, the deposit amount will be determined.
For winter accommodation bookings, the customer must pay a 50% deposit of the reservation price.
14 days before arrival, the final number of guests will be confirmed with the customer, who will then pay 100% of the agreed price.
